Frequently asked

Questions, answered plainly.

The things plant managers, EHS engineers and consultants ask us before a pilot. Not the answer you need? Ask directly.

Is Bio-Reconstruction safe for our biological treatment?

Yes. Every reagent we use is biologically safe and fully biodegradable in the aquatic environment. It does not suppress the active microflora and does not disrupt the stability of the biological treatment process, it works with the living process rather than against it.

Do we have to shut down or rebuild anything?

No. There is no capital construction and no replacement of major equipment. The structural part of the facility and its main equipment remain unchanged; the modernisation is delivered through precise reagent dosing and technological support.

How quickly do we see results?

Results appear rapidly once implementation begins, and a pilot proves the outcome on your facility before any full rollout. The pilot on your plant defines the exact schedule.

Which parameters can you improve?

Reduction of phosphate and nitrogen; removal of hydrogen sulphide from sewer systems; elimination of odours; stabilisation of biological processes; improved activated-sludge sedimentation; reduced energy consumption; increased capacity without new infrastructure; and water quality suitable for reuse.

Will it help us meet discharge limits?

Yes. Compliance with environmental regulations is a core outcome, and each project ends with monitoring and verification of the achieved performance indicators, so the result is demonstrable, not just claimed.

Does it work on overloaded or unstable plants?

Yes. Because it stabilises the microbiological process itself, Bio-Reconstruction delivers stable treatment quality even at overloaded or technologically unstable facilities.

How does a project run?

Six stages: analysis of the current condition, laboratory research and diagnostics, selection of the optimal solution, pilot testing, implementation support, and monitoring and verification. See Technology for detail.

How is it priced?

Bio-Reconstruction is an OPEX model, delivered through reagent dosing and technological support rather than capital spend, which minimises the investment burden compared with a classical rebuild. A concrete commercial proposal follows the analysis of your plant.
